William Gallagher Associates

William Gallagher Associates (WGA), one of Boston’s leading insurance brokerage firms, was growing fast and wanted to consolidate into a larger headquarters facility. Winter Street evaluated five different locations, providing both test fits and comparative analysis, before recommending its current home.

WGA also wanted to project their “new, leading edge” organization and showcase their biggest asset, their people. The tenant improvement to the office has a sleek, contemporary, and comfortable design with an abundance of glazed walls. The glazed walls takes advantage of unobstructed harbor views in the space.

Split on two floors, the design utilizes a gracious communicating stair and a central “café” that is a focus of the office culture and provides a vehicle for intellectual cross pollination. Winter Street also completed all of the furniture services for the space.​
