After completing a successful due diligence study of Hittite’s newest property, Winter Street continues to assist with Design Services for Hittite Microwave’s relocation and expansion into Two Elizabeth Drive in Chelmsford, MA. The design encompasses 106,000 sf and four floors of office, dry laboratory, research and administrative space.
Winter Street is focusing on two major concepts for the state of the art workplace:

Collaboration: Collaboration is encouraged with the creation of an open office environment supported by strategically located informal teaming areas, limited private offices and workstations.

Natural Lighting: Maximizing access to natural light and views to the exterior are achieved by locating as many enclosed offices as possible adjacent to the building core and the creation of an open office environment at the building exterior. Interior offices have sidelights to allow the infiltration of the natural light into the enclosed areas.
