Winter Street Architects, along with our consultants, provided full A/E design and documentation services including, furniture selection and specification as well as data lab strategy and design. WSA’s scope included demolition, and plan modifications; new ceilings, lighting and interior finishes; custom millwork design; HVAC, electrical and plumbing modifications. Coordination with HDS consultants included A/V, tel/data, security and signage.

Construction was completed in November 2011. WSA provided several design options to HDS, the ultimate design solution delivered open and collaborative office space for 185 employees and ample informal and formal meeting spaces throughout. Access to daylight and views can be enjoyed by all employees.
