William Gallagher Associates, one of Boston’s leading insurance brokerage firms, was growing fast and wanted consolidation in a headquarters facility.  The firm also wanted to project their “new, leading edge” organization and showcase their biggest asset, their people.  The office has a sleek contemporary and comfortable style with an abundance of glazed walls that takes advantage of unobstructed harbor views.  Split on two floors, the design utilizes a gracious communicating stair and a central “café” that is a focus of the office culture and provides a vehicle for intellectual cross pollination.
